Project Planning

It all starts with an idea and a detailed thought out design of how your outdoor living space will best function and look the part. This part takes into account your needs, ideas, and desires for your new outdoor swimming pool project!

Setting Pool Equipment

We start your install with a well thought out, clean, highly functional set of pool equipment customized to your specific wants and needs to ensure you are receiving exactly what you are looking for out of your swimming pool. This is where you will witness our care and details for the first time. From no glue on all of the glue joints to ease of maintenance, this is our first step in separating ourselves from the competition.

Dig Day

This is the beginning of the transformation of your outdoor space! We bring all of our equipment out to your jobsite and start the dig. As you can imagine, your yard will look like a bomb went off Not to worry, it will not be like this for long! After digging to the appropriate levels, we then screed the base of the swimming pool with a washed #789 rock to ensure your pool has a solid footing!

Setting Swimming Pool

Finally, your pool has arrived! We inspect the pool, the crane arrives, we get setup, and we make the lift! This is the part where you may have some jealous neighbors! Depending on the circumstance, we bring the appropriate crane, boom truck, or excavator to your jobsite, make the lift, and set the pool carefully in the hole. This is followed by cutting the holes for the returns, lights, and skimmer. We then plumb your pool using Sch. 40 2” pipe, run lighting conduit, prepare for backfill, and begin the water filling process!

Backfilling

Using washed #789 stone, we backfill all sides of the swimming pool all the way to the top of the pool to ensure proper stability, compaction, and drainage around pool. We never use sand or dirt we dig out. If your swimming pool has a ledge, that is also backfilled and packed securely underneath. Rock makes sure that there no stability or settling problems in the future!

Pool Decking

After backfilling and grade work we install your pool decking! Whether it is concrete, pavers, travertine, or synthetic turf, your pool deck is installed and is tailored exactly how you would like it! After decking is set and stable, we clean and balance your pool, go through pool school, and you are ready to swim!

Water Features and Hardscapes

After your pool is installed completely and you are swimming, we install all water features and hardscapes. These water features and hardscapes can include sheer decent waterfalls, natural stone water features, deck jets, retaining walls, extra pavers, outdoor kitchens, bubblers, etc. These are excellent complements and can even serve a structural purpose to your entire project!

Landscapes & Landscape Lighting

We are not just your average swimming pool company. After installing your swimming pool and hardscapes, we move our focus on the finishing touches to your project. These finishing touches can be as extensive as you would like for your project. These would include, irrigation, sod, plant material, outdoor lighting, outdoor sound systems, and anything that would perfect your new outdoor living space completely customized for you and your family!
